9Pandas to not receive a penalty for substitution at ESL One Berlin Major 2023

9Pandas chief strategy officer, 🇷🇺Maria "Inverno" Gunina, has confirmed that the Eastern European team won't lose DPC points due to substitution at ESL One Berlin Major 2023. The team has already made at least the Top 6 of the championship.
Recall that 9Pandas is competing at the major without its captain, 🇷🇺Alexey "Solo" Berezin. He is temporarily substituted by 🇷🇺Vladimir "RodjER" Nikogosian. Earlier, the club reported that Berezin couldn't get a visa to Germany.
ESL One Berlin Major 2023 takes place in Berlin from April 26 to May 7 and features 18 teams. The total prize pool for the championship is $500,000 and 2,700 DPC points.
