The second qualification for the winter season of DPC: CIS Regional Leagues is over. V-Gaming and Hydra took the last 2 tickets to the Lower Division.

There were 2 open qualifications in the CIS region. The first one was on November 26, and at that time, CIS Rejects won it. The second open qualification lasted 2 days on November 27-28, where the organizer drew 2 more slots.
Winter DPC season will be held from November 29 to January 23. Based on its results, the 2 strongest teams from the Lower Division advance to the Upper Division, and the 2 weakest teams leave the league. The schedule of matches is already available. You can find it on the DPC Winter: CIS page.
