All participants of Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 5
Tournament operator Epic Esports Events has unveiled the complete list of Dota 2 Champions League Season 5 participants. The tournament will take place from November 8 to 28, and its prize pool is $50,000. There will be 10 teams in total:
From this list, 9 teams received direct invitations, and NoMarci made it through the open qualifiers. Initially, the team PuckChamp was also invited to the tournament, but they are not on the final list of participants for an unknown reason.
At the moment, it is still an open question what rosters will have the most teams. We don't know the rosters of HellRaisers, Team Empire, and B8, while Creepwave previously reported on a possible disband.
The group stage of Dota 2 Champions League Season 5 will be held according to the Round Robin system with BO3 matches, and the playoffs have the Double Elimination system. The order of advancing to the group stage is still unknown.
