In two regions, Europe and the CIS, the open qualifiers for the second season of the DPC Regional Leagues ended yesterday. Now all the participants of the closed qualifying stages are known.
Participants in the CIS
During the qualifiers, the organizer had to make changes to the rules. Initially, B8 was invited to the closed qualifying stage. But after the merge with XactJlepbI, the team got a spot in the DPC: CIS Lower Division. Their place went to the team from the open qualifiers.

The closed qualifiers will be held from March 18 to March 21 in a Double Elimination format. Each of them will compete for 2 tickets to the Lower Divisions of the DPC leagues for the second season.
