Analysts from Esports Observer have compiled a top of the most popular Twitch contents over the past week. The list based on the hours watched.
Dota 2 is in 9th place, losing 2 positions compared to last week.
As we expected, the popularity of Dota 2 has declined. It happened because many teams and tournament operators from the European region took a break. Next week the situation will not get better because a major tournament for the Chinese region OGA Dota Pit is ending, and nothing new will start.
In addition to Dota 2, last week, Valve's second discipline, CS:GO, lost a position. It is even worse than Valorant from Riot Games has. And this is taking into account that there was an RMR tournament for the European region.
