Lower Divisions DPC Winter 2023 have completed in all regions, and the complete list of winners was determined. We know the names of all the teams that will play in the Upper Divisions this Spring.

Recall that according to DPC Regional League rules, the first two places from a Lower Division take the place of the two weakest teams from an Upper Division in the next tour.
DPC 2023 Spring Tour takes place from March 13 to April 23. Teams will compete for money prizes, DPC points, and invitations to the ESL One Berlin Major 2023. The major is scheduled for April 28 – May 5.
