ESL and DreamHack banned the Regional League players from buying Aghanim's Shard for Furion after Shroom Thing

Tournament operators ESL and DreamHack have banned members of Dota Pro Circuit Regional Leagues from buying Aghanim's Shard on Furion for which has already been bought Shroom Thing. This combo causes a bug when the Furion's Greater Treants are no different from the usual ones.
In the DPC: EU Upper Division match between the OG and Alliance teams, this bug was randomly discovered by Artsiom "fng" Barshak. And today, in the match between Virtus Pro and NoTechies, it became known that this combo was banned.
A Virtus Pro support, ??Dmitry "DM" Dorokhin, playing Furion with the Shroom Thing, put Aghanim's Shard in a quick purchase and asked the administrator whether he could buy it. He received a negative answer.
