Tournament operators ESL and DreamHack have changed the DPC Regional League Season 1 rules for replays. Now, tie-breaks will be assigned in case of disputes for reaching any stage of ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021.
The European and CIS regions' original rules provided replay only when teams fought to advance to a Major or retain slots in both divisions. The public was outraged by this decision, which made Valve pay attention to it.
Now, in Europe and the CIS, additional rounds will be held in all disputable cases. Thus, an additional meeting may occur between Natus Vincere and Virtus Pro within the DPC: CIS Upper Division if the former win. The meeting of the teams is scheduled for February 26.
