ESL disqualifies the Mexican team from open qualifiers for DPC: NA

Tournament organizer ESL has disqualified Sand King Gomez from participating in open qualifiers for the North American Lower Division. The team's member Jano was banned for participating in match fixing.
In 2020, Jano was part of PlusOne and participated in a fixed match at the BTS Pro Series Season 2. The organizer banned him and 2 other players and then gave all the data to Valve. Today it became known that Jano was also banned from all of the developer's tournaments.
Sand King Gomez made it to the final round before being disqualified from the North American qualifiers. The teams it defeated earlier, Typical NA and Fruits, played a tie-break match to determine who would take her place. The winner of the match was Typical NA.
