ESL sent invitations to closed qualifications the CIS Regional League

Tournament operator ESL has presented a list of teams that have received an invitation to the closed qualifiers for the Dota Pro Circuit: CIS Regional League.
All invited participants will compete for 4 tickets to the first division of the Regional League and 4 tickets to the second division. The closed qualifiers will run from November 8 to 11, and the teams will play by a Double-Elimination bracket.

Interestingly, NoTechies and NoPangolier were created just before the start of the Regional Leagues and didn't have time to play a single official game.
