Team Fnatic from Southeast Asia has sent a formal report to the organizers of The International 11 about the poor noise insulation on the stage. Patrik "cArn" Sättermon, the club's founder, shared this information.

Patrik "cArn" Sättermon:

We have filed a formal report after learning that the opponent in our elimination game at TI11 were able to hear the production of the match, and according to themselves leveraged from that information in their decision-making.

As a former player I am very frustrated that such integrity issues are still not prevented, especially on the absolute biggest stage of the sport. Our intention is solely to raise awareness about something that can be as game breaking as dream crushing for the athletes.

Previously, several Esports players have spoken out about the poor soundproofing at Suntec Singapore, where The International 11 is taking place. Esportsmen can hear the smokes of the enemy teams, as well as the effects of taking runes.

Fnatic dropped out of The International 11 after losing to Gaimin Gladiators in a lower bracket match and finished 13-16th. For that, it earned 1.5% of the championship prize pool.

The International 11 takes place October 15-30. It features 20 strongest teams from around the world. All of them fight for the impressive prize pool, which currently stands at $17,252,432. Battle Pass sales in Dota 2 continue to increase the prize until the end of the championship.
