Former Evil Geniuses players have moved under a new tag Shopify Rebellion. There is only one change in the team: ??Jonáš "SabeRLight-" Volek replaced ??Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko. The information appeared on social media.
Shopify Rebellion is a young Esports organization from North America, founded in 2021. It has teams in 4 disciplines: Halor, Rocket League, Starcraft 2, and Valorant. The Dota 2 roster becomes its 5th discipline.
Shopify Rebellion also received an Upper Division slot in the DPC 22/23 Winter Tour. It is scheduled for January 9-29, 2023. The participants compete for a $205,000 prize, DPC points, and invitations to the first major.
