Gaimin Gladiators – the leader in the world ranking of professional teams
We've updated the world ranking for professional teams on our website. It's the first update in patch 7.33 and the last one before the second major of the season, ESL One Berlin Major 2023. Let's look at the positions of the teams on the list.
Before ESL One Berlin Major 2023, Gaimin Gladiators became the leader of the ranking. Just a few days ago, the team won the DreamLeague Season 19, beating Team Liquid with a 3-2 score. The roster earned a significant cash prize and knocked its opponent out of first place in the world ranking.
Shopify Rebellion, who finished third at DreamLeague Season 19, climbed to the 4th line of the ranking, breaking through 3 positions at once. In the decisive stage of the championship, the team lost to the champion.
It is noteworthy that there were no changes at all in positions 9-20. This is because, since the end of the DPC leagues, only DreamLeague Season 19 has passed, where most teams in these positions didn't even play.
