The Play-In stage of Blast Slam IV has concluded, resulting in Team Spirit, Heroic, MOUZ, and Aurora advancing to the playoffs. These teams will play in the quarterfinals. Blast Slam IV is the first tournament after major reshuffles. Some conclusions can be drawn from the group stage results.
- Team Liquid cannot find their game. Ace and tOfu have not yet adapted to the gameplay of miCKe, Nisha, and Boxi. - BetBoom Team made only one substitution, replacing Pure with Kiritych. Currently, the team looks raw, and among all Tier-1 teams, they were only stronger than the aforementioned Team Liquid and Natus Vincere.
- Natus Vincere retained their roster after The International 2025, but the old problems remain. The team continues to play "different" Dota, picking Undying in mid, Riki as a support, Broodmother as carry, and other unconventional heroes. The group stage for Natus Vincere ended with a score of 6-5. Among all the teams that advanced to the playoffs, they managed to defeat only Aurora and MOUZ in bo1.
