Nigma won Team Secret in the final of Weplay! Tug of war: Mad Moon
Nigma returned to the game with 0-2 score and managed to win.
Nigma started to impose a high game tempo to her opponent, which was reflected in the large frags number on the first two cards from the game start. Nigma together with IO and Sven’s climbed the high ground already at the 13th minute on the first card, but finally it made some mistakes and Secret did not forgive that.
Besides Nigma tried to play freely on the second map, but was unable to confront Team Secret with Timbersaw and Batrider in a peak at an early game stage. The result was Team Secret confidently brought the matter to victory having seized the card start benefit.
Nigma did not start changing its strategy on subsequent maps, and as a result, they managed to completely turn the game tide and Secrets faltered.
Clement ‘Puppey’s team placed MATUMBAMAN on Morphling on the third map and Nisha on Kunkka could not reach Black king bar lounging under Outworld Devourer and Leshrac onslaught, represented by Miracle- and w33 at the 25th game minute.
The fourth map also ended with a Team Nigma snowball, where w33 on Razor left no chance for Team Secret, where Slark and Troll Warrior turned to be completely useless.
At 5th map Kuroky started the team in the same beautiful style, having won all 3 lines and having scored 31 kills with a peak of Faceless Void and Leshrac in core positions in 26 minutes.
Team Nigma earned $ 130 thousand for the first place. Team Secret got $ 60 thousand.
WePlay! Tug of War: Mad Moon was held from February 19 to 23 in Kiev. Eight teams played $ 300 thousand. The tournament did not enter Dota Pro Circuit system.
