Professional teams ranking: October 18
A weekly update of the world ranking of professional Dota 2 teams has appeared on our website. The top of the list has undergone considerable changes after The International 10.
Despite the incredible victory of Team Spirit at The International 10, the CIS team was just a little bit short of taking the first line in the world ranking. PSG.LGD had a huge amount of points before the start of the main tournament. Also, the Chinese team strengthened its position due to points for second place. Today the gap between the 1st and 2nd places is 32 points. Team Spirit could likely climb to first place of the world ranking soon.
The next team that made a jump in the ranking is Team Secret. Puppey's team took third place at The International 10, for which they received enough points to jump from the 20th to the 6th position. Now only 60 points separate the team from Invictus Gaming and a place in the top-5.
In the second ten, OG made the biggest gain in positions. The team finished 7th-8th at The International 10, losing to eventual winners Team Spirit in the lower bracket. Currently, OG is in the 15th position, although they were in the 26th position last week.
