Saksa Flies Home Due To Illness, Coach Aui_2000 To Replace Him
Tundra Esports has made a sudden announcement that their Position Four player, Martin "Saksa" Sazdov, has fallen ill and can no longer participate in the Bali Major 2023.
Due to such a sudden occurrence, Tundra Esports were unable to field in a proper stand-in and will have to play the remainder of the tournament with their coach, Kurtis "Aui_2000" Ling. However, let's not underestimate Tundra's coach as he has also won a TI during his time as a player.
The group stage of The Bali Major 2023 runs from June 29 to July 3 in Bo2 format. The four best teams from each group will go to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the fifth and sixth places will go to the lower bracket. The three worst teams from each group will leave the tournament immediately.
