Scandal around ninjaboogie's exclusion from Team SMG
Yesterday, May 20, Team SMG excluded the team's support ??Michael "ninjaboogie" Ross Jr. The organization didn't comment on the decision, but the player gave details.
According to ??ninjaboogie, the organization excluded him from the team because of his mother's serious illness. Moreover, the exclusion was announced on the day she passed away. The player gave details:
I was supposed to fly back and join the team on May 14. My mom had a stroke on the evening of May 12 and was admitted. I asked if I could have my flight moved as bootcamp starts on May 20. MidOne gave me a call on May 14 asking about my decision. I gave my decision the following day and was informed he wanted to talk.
