Esports organization T1 of Southeast Asia has announced the disbandment of the Dota 2 team. All players become free agents. The information appeared on its social media.
In the previous DPC season, T1 failed to qualify for The International 11. First, she didn't have enough DPC points to get a direct invitation to the championship. Then, the team failed at the Last Chance tournament. According to fans, the disbanding happened because of the team's poor results.
Earlier, a rumor appeared on the Internet that T1 was ready to disband the Dota 2 team and sell the Upper Division slot to DPC: SEA. A potential buyer is Bleed eSports of Singapore, which recently opened a team in the discipline.
