The International 11 Opening Ceremony

Before the final stage of The International 11, Valve held an Opening Ceremony for the championship. It began with an introduction of the 4 remaining teams, followed by a pre-recorded Gabe Newell speech.
Unlike all previous tournaments in the series, The International 11 Opening Ceremony wasn't held at the start of the playoffs but only on the penultimate day of the championship. As a reminder, teams took a 5-day break before the playoffs began.
The International 11 takes place October 15-30. It features 20 strongest teams from around the world. All of them fight for the impressive prize pool, which currently stands at $18,498,942. Battle Pass sales in Dota 2 continue to increase the prize until the end of the championship.
