Valve announces a new hero

After the show match at The International 11, Valve released a trailer announcing a new character – Muerta. But she won't appear in the game soon.
So far, not much is known about her. In Spanish, her name means "dead", which is clearly expressed in the heroine's appearance. By the trailer, Muerta's abilities are also related to the otherworldly powers.
Character description:
An enduring revenant reveals herself with promises of a ruinous reckoning to follow. Pierce the veil between the living and the damned as a new hero arrives to haunt the lanes.
The announcement of the new character fits in well with the concept of Halloween, which happens on October 31. In the game, the heroine appears in early 2023.
