Valve fixed Dota bug with Poor Man's Shield, Ring of Aquila and Iron Talon.

On the evening of December 6, Valve released a small patch for Dota 2 with some fixes. This patch contain fix, with which Poor Man's Shield, Ring of Aquila and Iron Talon items no longer marked as neutral.
Changes and additions:
- added a new property - ItemIsNeutralDrop;
- fixed a bug due to which Poor Man's Shield, Ring of Aquila and Iron Talon were not marked as neutral objects;
- some localization files updated.
Our favorite Poor Man's Shield, Ring of Aquila and Iron Talon returned to Dota with patch 7.23. These artifacts can be obtained with the new mechanics of neutral objects.
