Valve may release a new game in the Dota franchise

Valve has filed for a new trademark registration for Neon Prime. Dataminer Tyler McVicker said it could be a new game in the Dota universe.

Valve Software's indev game, NEON PRIME, is likely a DOTA-adjacent Sci-Fi game, made by ICEFROG, taking place in other dimensions, such as the Continuum or the Moons of Ultoria. It is likely NOT an FPS, and obviously, unrelated to Half-Life: Citadel, Valve's other indev game.
Besides Dota 2, Valve released 2 games based on this franchise: the card simulator Artifact and the auto-battler Dota Underlords. However, the developer stopped developing both projects soon after their release.
