Games Of The Future 2024 Overview
The Games of the Future 2024 tournament is the next event on the list. Here’s everything you need to know.
The tournament features a $1,000,000 prize pool, which is held in Kazan, Russia. It runs for a week, from February 19 to 25, in a LAN format.
The event will not feature big names like Gaimin Gladiators, BetBoom Team, Team Liquid, or Team Falcons. Instead, the tournament gives Tier 2 teams a chance. Here are the sixteen participants:
Teams are divided into four groups. The top team from each group directly qualifies for the Quarter Finals. The second and third-place teams advance to Round 1 of the Playoffs. The bottom of the group is eliminated.
The prize pool distribution for the top four teams is as follows:
- 1st place: $350,000
- 2nd place: $160,000
- 3rd place $120,000
- 4th place: $70,000
Though we lack many of the top teams worldwide, seeing some new competitors is always refreshing.
