LGD disbanded the roster, Topson is looking for a new team
LGD Gaming parted ways with the roster after The International 2026.
Roster manager Babi commented on the situation on social media: "To clarify, the contract with LGD Gaming was only until August 24. Nobody was kicked out or anything like that, the contract simply ended." The disbanding took place on August 24, the day after the main Dota tournament of the year. Insiders are now actively spreading information that the organization is looking at a new Chinese roster.
Where the players will continue their careers is unknown. Topson stated that he intends to continue his career and is looking for a new team.

The roster was assembled to compete at The International 2026, where it ultimately finished in 9th–12th place. Topson joined the team on short notice right before the start of the championship, replacing midlaner TaiLung, who was banned on suspicion of 322. The team managed to advance from the group stage, but lost in the decider match to Team Yandex with a score of 2-1 and left the tournament, earning $64,086.
The International 2026 took place from August 13 to 23 in Shanghai, China. The prize pool by the final exceeded $3.3 million, of which Team Spirit received around $1.4 million.
